Manoj Pradhan is the founder of Talking Heads Macroeconomics, an independent research firm based in London, and co-author of the “The Great Demographic Reversal” with Charles Goodhart. Manoj was previously Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he led the Global Economics team, driving macroeconometric research into global economic themes and coining the term “the Fragile Five”. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2005 after serving on the faculty of George Washington University and the State University of New York. He has a PhD in economics from George Washington University and a Masters in Finance from the London Business School.

Scott Robinson joined Edgewood Management in 2023 as Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst after two years at Eagle Capital as Managing Director and Healthcare Research Analyst. Prior to Eagle Capital, Scott worked for Samlyn Capital for thirteen years as Partner and Sector Head within their Healthcare Services, Business Services and Insurance Group and Sigma Capital as a Research Analyst within their Long/Short Equity Group for three years. Scott graduated from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management with an MBA in 2003 and Yale University with a BA in Political Science in 1996. 92

Jim Robillard founded Spyglass Capital Management in 2015. Prior to founding Spyglass, Jim spent 11 years at Edgewood Management LLC, first as a Senior Research Analyst and then as a Managing Director and member of the Portfolio Management Team for the Edgewood Growth Fund. Prior to Jim’s time at Edgewood, he held positions at Baron Capital Management and Van Wagoner Capital Management. Jim graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1994, and he received his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting in 2004.90   

Hugo Rogers is an Associate Director at Aravis Capital responsible for covering clients across the Nordics, with additional responsibilities across the UK and Ireland. Previously, Hugo worked at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) where he assisted Emerging Market and Small/Mid Cap Fund Managers with their primary research.

Hugo graduated from Exeter University with a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations.
