Our partnerships with managers are built on strong alignment at the fund and firm-level. We expect our managers to have significant 'skin-in-the-game' alongside clients and widespread firm ownership across their employees.

We don't think independence by itself is predictive of success, but independence of thought and of ownership consistently improves the odds of it.
